Lage:
The holiday cabin is located in Unken, in the Salzburg Saalachtal, in the middle of meadows, with a wonderful view of Unken and the surrounding mountains. Right next door, 4 generations live and work with many animals on the idyllic organic farm, which is run as a family business.

Entfernungen:
Next town Unken 1km, ski area Loferer Alm (46 kilometers of slopes) 10km. Heutal family ski area with 4 drag lifts, 12 km of slopes, ski school 10 km. Here you will also find a toboggan run and wonderful cross-country ski trails. Tyrolean Steinplatte (32 kilometers of slopes) 20km. Shopping in Unken 1km away. Directly on site at the farm there is a farm shop (April-October) with freshly caught or smoked fish from the nearby trout ponds, goat milk products, cheese, butter, organic honey. Once a week we also bake our own bread or make fruit schnapps from pears, plums and apples! Inn 1.5km, hikes, walks or bike tours to gorges or caves directly from the house. Therme Bad Reichenhall 18km. The house is the ideal starting point for trips to Salzburg, neighboring Tyrol or Bavaria!

ou live on the entire upper floor of the holiday home, with your own staircase. The ground floor is private and inhabited. Here everything on one floor is furnished as new and made with love. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, steamer, coffee machine. Seating area with dining table, fireplace and exit to the balcony. From the kitchen there is a passage (sliding door) to the living room with a sofa corner (for 2 people if necessary). The light-flooded living area with satellite TV conveys a feeling of space. 2 balconies and the spacious glass fronts in the living room and bedroom offer a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the meadows, where cows often graze peacefully. There are 3 bedrooms with double pine beds. Washing machine, dryer available. WiFi available. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2 sinks. 2 toilet. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the uninterrupted view of the green hills, the forest and the majestic Loferer Steinberge. The farm is self-sufficient and has its own hydroelectric power plant, where electricity is generated sustainably. Heating with wood chip system. Barbecue facilities in front of the house.
