From the modern kitchen and cosy bedrooms to the spacious bathroom - you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.- Sustainable and energy-efficient: thanks to a powerful solar system (17.6 kWp) on the roof, you are independent of the public electricity grid. The stored energy (42 kWh) reliably supplies the house with electricity. Should there ever be a shortage, an emergency generator is available.- Electric car charging station: E-car drivers also get their money's worth with us. Charge your vehicle directly at the hotel and enjoy the benefits of electromobility. Please note that charging (type 2) is only possible when the sun is shining and up to an output of 11 kW (price CHF 0.45/kWh).- The house is not completely fenced and the outdoor area is partly video-monitored.Further features:- Three cosy bedrooms: Each bedroom has its own wood-burning stove for cosy warmth on cold days.- Spacious living areas: The bright living area with fireplace invites you to linger. In the winter months, we recommend using a four-wheel drive vehicle, as road conditions can vary depending on the snow conditions. If there is a lot of snow, the car must be parked on the main road (parking facilities are available, footpath approx. 100 m to the house).- On foot: For nature lovers, an approx. 25-minute hike from Poschiavo is ideal. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the picturesque landscape.
