The Chesa Michel, built in 1786, is a historic Engadin house with six holiday apartments and two studios. The heritage-protected Chesa Michel is located in the heart of the beautiful old village center of Bever.

The cozy 2 ½-room attic maisonette holiday apartment Morteratsch, with 66 m² of living space - for max. 4 people - is designed in the traditional Engadin style and partially furnished with antique furniture.

The well-maintained Studio Grisch, with 24 m² of living space - for max. 2 people - is furnished with Swiss pine wood furniture.

These two apartments are located side by side on the 2nd floor and can be combined into one apartment.

The layout of Apartment Morteratsch includes an open kitchen in the cozy living-dining area with a wood-burning stove. The bathroom is practically equipped with a bathtub and shower. A staircase leads to a large open gallery under the roof, which features a spacious sleeping area with 4 beds and an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additional highlights of this apartment include parquet flooring with underfloor heating and radiators, as well as a well-equipped open kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.

The layout of Studio Grisch offers two beds, a dining table, and a practical kitchenette including a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom is practically equipped with a bathtub and shower.

All rooms are decorated with black-and-white and partially colorized photographs from the past, with references to Bever and the Upper Engadin. Most of the photographs date back to the early 1900s.

Additionally, Chesa Michel offers free Wi-Fi access, a ski room, shared washing machine/dryer, and additional storage space in the basement.

Chesa Michel has additional 1- to 3-room apartments available for combination, object numbers 870091 / 870096 / 870097 / 870098 / 870100 / 870101 / 870102.

There is an underground garage with five parking spaces (not suitable for SUVs with roof boxes). Another parking space is available in a nearby underground garage (suitable for SUVs with roof boxes). There are also two parking spaces in front of the house and additional outdoor parking spaces near the train station. Dogs are welcome. We are a non-smoking house.

Pontresina and St. Moritz, along with its lake, can be reached in ten minutes (10 km). Celerina, where you can access the Corviglia/Piz Nair ski area, is seven kilometers away. The bus stop and supermarket are about 150 meters away, and the train station is about 400 meters from Chesa Michel. The Engadin is excellently connected by bus and train, making it worthwhile to give your private car a holiday during the most beautiful days of the year.
