Die Wohnung befindet sich in Brissago (Tessin) im Teil Piodina. Sie ist ruhig und sonnig gelegen, mit herrlicher Rundsicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge.Im Jahr 2014/2015 wurde die Wohnung renoviert und verfügt nun über eine neue Küche und einem neuen Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine.Die Wohnung befindet sich im Parterre eines Zweifamilienhauses. Die zweite Ferienwohnung wird jedoch ausserhalb der Schulferien kaum benutzt.In der Wohnung befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit einer Duschkabine. Zur Wohnung gehört ausserdem eine Terrasse mit einer Sitz- und Essgelegenheit dazu, die von einem grossen Sonnensschirm überdacht wird. Auch gehört eine Liegewiese und die Mitbenutzung des Pools dazu. Liegestühle sind vorhanden.Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt!Den Dorfkern erreicht man zu Fuss in 10, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Zwei Gehminuten vom Haus befindet sich zudem eine Bushaltestelle, welche Werktags bedient ist.
