Beautiful house on the island of Elba, in the area of Zanca (near the beaches of S. Andrea and Cotoncello), immersed in a large communal garden with panoramic views, equipped with 5 beds distributed in two bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, two additional beds in a large living room with antique beamed ceiling and terracotta tiles. Large, fresh and beautiful communal garden overlooking the sea, the sunset and the islands of Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona, fully equipped with deckchairs, tables, chairs, parasol. Fully equipped kitchen (4-burner hob, pots, pans, chopping boards, ladles, plates, cutlery, Moke, Melita for American coffee, toaster), garden equipment (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol), TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine. Quiet location, suitable for relaxing holidays. Fireplace for cosy evenings. Heating with wood-burning stove for winter holidays. Private shaded car park. A sea bus service departs 50 metres from the house and offers connections to the surrounding beaches. There are numerous good restaurants and pizzerias in the neighbourhood (La Valletta, Il Faro, Il Sottomarino, Il Saraceno), which prepare excellent dishes based on fresh fish. In S. Andrea it is possible to hire different types of boats (pedal boats, inflatable boats, canoes...) and bicycles. In Marciana Marina it is possible to attend various courses in water sports and other sports (sailing, diving, tennis...). From the neighbourhood of the house, several hiking trails lead to the Tuscan Archipelago Park. Available from May 2025.
