You will be 20 m from the sandy beaches of Lido Pantanagianni, one of the longest beaches on the 'Alto Salento' coast. There is plenty of outdoor space, you will have plenty of greenery and shade and you will park your car in the garden. Lots of love for detail, two bedrooms, five beds. The seafront, shops and restaurants will be 3 km away, in the fishing village of Torre Santa Sabina. You will be a short distance from Ostuni, which has a picturesque old town, lively bars and breathtaking terraces for beautiful sunsets.

many possibilities in the garden, you can lie on deckchairs in the sun, have lunch in the shade, relax on the veranda on the lounges;

Movisa: In the evening, you can reach Torre Santa Sabina in 3 minutes by car for delicious ice cream or the excellent seafood restaurants on the seafront. Ostuni is a 10-minute drive away, a charming old town with lively cocktail bars and local craft shops.
