Our Haus Mariandl is located in the sunny and quiet village of Kampl.
Breakfast:
Our room guests enjoy a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet every day.
In the holiday apartments, breakfast is not included. We are happy to offer a bread roll service upon request.
Wi-Fi & Sauna:
Wi-Fi and use of the sauna are free for all guests.
Common Room:
On the first floor, you will find our cozy pine room with a tiled stove - ideal for social evenings or playing games. Dishes and glasses are provided.
Ski Room:
In the basement, we have a ski room for ski boots and skis, which is easily accessible in the morning.
Location:
The bus stop is reachable within a 5-minute walk - all without inclines. In Kampl, there is a large supermarket as well as a scenic lake with a playground, volleyball, and soccer fields - all just 5 minutes on foot from the house.
Summer Activities:
In summer, we are partners of the StubaiSuperCard, which gives you access to lifts, buses, and swimming pools in the Stubai Valley. We are happy to provide you with more information about this.

Beautiful panoramic holiday apartment SERLES for up to 4 people on the 3rd floor (no elevator - approx. 65 m² living space).
The apartment features 2 beautiful double rooms and a large balcony where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Stubai mountain world. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
