Our beautiful traditional Tyrolean house is located in the center of Neustift in the Stubaital. Contemporary furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant. The house has three apartments:
Cingularia – TWO ROOM PENTHOUSE apartment with magnificent views ab three balconies and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Ideal for smaller families of up to four people.
Rovina Alta – TWO-BEDROOM apartment with TWO full bathrooms and a balcony for a relaxing evening after a long day. Perfect for larger groups.
Val Busana
Located in the center of Neustift im Stubaital, the apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms can accommodate 6 people. The premises offer enough space for larger families and groups. A fully equipped kitchen and the bathrooms offer every comfort. Free parking spaces in front of the house, ski and bicycle storage room are also available. Due to the central location, all shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the arrival date. After that 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. After that no refund.
