Our house is located in the quiet district of Neder, centrally and ideally situated for activities. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets in Neustift can be reached in 5 minutes by car. A ski rental is in the immediate vicinity. Located directly at the foot of the Pinnistal, it is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours, and sledding trips. Two restaurants, the Pizzeria Salute and the Restaurant Zegger, are easily accessible.

The 70m² holiday apartment offers two bedrooms, a living kitchen with a dining table for four people, two TVs (in the living kitchen and bedroom), as well as a garden with furnished terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, and coffee machine. Shower/WC with hairdryer and towels are included. Enjoy the view of the hanging bridge – ideal for a relaxing holiday.
