Our family-friendly apartment house is located at the foot of the Mölltal Glacier, surrounded by a large garden that invites you to relax
In summer you can make easy to difficult hikes in the surrounding mountains from our house. Then you can get a cooling in the adjacent swimming pool.
In winter, it takes about 5 minutes by car to the Mölltal Glacier, the southernmost glacier in Austria. Here you can enjoy the panorama and the pure mountain air at 3,120 m before you go skiing or cross-country skiing. A fun park is available for snowboarders.
Our apartments are bright and friendly, fully equipped and have terrace or balcony. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. There is also a large parking lot available for free, as well as a ski room with ski boot dryer.

Supermarkets, banks and restaurants can be found within 2 km.

Apartment 4

Our apartment 4 has 46 m².                                                                                                                                                            It has a bedroom, a kitchen, a shower / WC, an entrance hall with cloakroom, a private terrace and a small balcony.

The kitchen of our apartment is equipped with: electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave and blender. Porcelain, cutlery, glasses and cookware.

A hair dryer is available in the bathroom.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels, and tea towels are provided.

Flat TV (cable) and free Wi-Fi.

Bedroom 1: a double bed 180 x 200 cm, a sofa bed 90 x 200 cm

Kitchen with a sofa bed 160 x 200 cm

On the terrace is a garden set (table with four chairs) and a parasol. On the balcony is also a table with two chairs available. Sun loungers are  available.

Ski room with boot dryer.

For the apartment is a covered parking (carport) available for free.
