Villa Belladonna

On a hillside in Pompia Village lies one of the most beautiful Villas you'll ever see. It is situated at the footsteps of the Asterousia Mountains, offering an astonishing view of Messara Valley, with its countless olive trees and vineyards that dot the fields below.
This peaceful location can become your springboard for exploring the historical sites and places of unique beauty in the area. You can choose between staying in and relaxing around the pool, hopping off on a few minutes’ drive to the world famous archaeological site of Phaistos, or enjoying the wonderful golden-sand beaches of Matala and Kalamaki. The serenity of the environment, the dry and healthy climate of the area as well as the local food specialties guarantee an unforgettable stay.
Belladona is set in its own private plot, and has 270 m2 on three levels. It is built from local stone and wood in a unique combination of traditional architecture and ethnic style. Vibrant colors, luxurious furniture, ethnic decoration, and special painting technics create a unique, unforgettable atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment.
It suitably accommodates up to 8 people. There is one main bedroom with on double bed and private balcony with a breathtaking view, two single rooms (one of which boasts a private veranda with a view of the Messara Valley) and one guest room with a double bed. There are two bathrooms and one W/C, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a living room with a traditional fireplace and a play room. All internal spaces are controlled by a central A/C System. On the ground floor there is an outdoor patio with view of a garden ideal for relaxing after lunch or dinner.
The pool has a separate Jacuzzi bath, offering maximum relaxation. In this area you can also use the barbeque and stone furnaces lest you wish to test your cooking capabilities.
