Historic holiday villa

It is a 19th-century residence typical of the Marche countryside, finely restored, with a large private park and a large terrace overlooking the valley with a panorama that reaches as far as the sea. It can accommodate up to 9 people: on the first floor there is a double bedroom and a room for 4 people in single beds, on the ground floor there is a room with a double bed and a single bed. There are two bathrooms, on the ground floor with a shower and on the first floor with a Jacuzzi. It has a large living room with a sofa, fireplace, television and a large table for eating. The kitchen is equipped with everything, including a microwave, traditional oven, electric grill, and dishwasher. The kitchen has an external door that gives direct access to the large terrace where you can eat on the table and chairs provided. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The terrace is available for sunbathing on comfortable sun loungers just a stone's throw from the swimming pool with an amazing view of the green valley below down to the sea at Porto San Giorgio. From the garden outside, to the ancient well, to the wood-burning oven, to the stone and baked brick walls, everything communicates a sense of tranquillity and peace. The medieval town of Montegiorgio, just a few steps away, frames the panorama.
