We invite you to our fully furnished 2-room flat in the Schragenberg district of Nottensdorf.
The flat is located on the 1st floor and is barrier-free, a lift is available. The property is as good as new (built in 2024) and is heated by underfloor heating. A lockable bicycle shed in the courtyard can be used. A car parking space is also available.
The living room is furnished with a beautiful sofa with additional sleeping function, the technical equipment includes a Smart TV with satellite connection and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is fully equipped, including: Ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. A washer-dryer is available in the utility room. Various kitchen utensils, crockery, cooking utensils and tea towels are provided. The separate dining area offers enough space for up to 4 people.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and wall-hung WC. A hairdryer is available. Duvets and pillows are also included, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
The windows have electric external blinds.
The standard occupancy of the furnished flat is for 2 people, a 3rd person can sleep on the sofa bed, for which an additional fee is charged. A dog or cat is permitted, but will incur an extra charge due to the additional work involved in the final cleaning. The rent includes all additional costs. An internet connection (LAN + WLAN) can be used free of charge.
A fee for the final cleaning is payable in addition to the rent. Intermediate cleaning is also possible.
