Villa Banic is really impressive, both inside and out. It is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Croatia, Central Istria, surrounded by hills, forests and untouched nature. Just imagine what it feels like to step outside and take a look at a charming hilltop medieval town. 

The outdoor area offers an inviting pool area with sun loungers and a covered dining area with a beautiful summer kitchen and a charcoal BBQ. 

From the shady terrace you have direct access to the open plan ground floor. On the ground floor you will find a romantic living room with a fireplace, a beautiful dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that combines modern with rustic details. The villa has four bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. But that's not all! On the lower floor you will find a wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi to make your vacation even more perfect.
