Villa Paradise in Medulin offers a perfect place to relax and enjoy Istria. It is located in Liznjan-Medulin, close to beaches and restaurants, making it an ideal vacation spot.

This modern and spacious villa is perfect for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people, with indoor space consisting of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort for all guests. On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a beautiful view of the private pool. Additionally, one of the bedrooms is located behind the house and can be accessed from the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are two separate entrances. One leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, while the other leads to a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, one of which has a beautiful balcony with a nice view.

Enjoy the refreshment in the private pool, which can also be heated during colder days. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. Additionally, comfortable loungers are located outside where you can relax with a refreshing drink. A covered pergola offers a shaded place for playing table tennis and darts, and there is also a children's swing and slide, which will be a perfect place for the youngest guests.

We want to emphasize that from time to time, the owners also stay there. However, complete privacy is ensured for guests, as the owners have their own special room and entrance which is completely separate from the area intended for guests. The homeowners do not have access to and do not use the swimming pool and summer kitchen, and they cannot see you in the courtyard, as that part is only for guests.
