Here, you are welcomed by a large terrace with seating and the covered entrance. Behind the house, there is another terrace with a garden.

Step inside and feel the harmony in the house.

Underfloor heating and radiators are operated by a heat pump.

The windows are equipped with electric shutters, and the front door is opened by a house locking system with a numerical combination.

Free secured WiFi, the password and QR code can be found on a bulletin board in the hallway.

You can park your car in our parking lot in front of the house. There is also a lockable bike shed with a charging station and the garbage bins in front of it.

The holiday home is suitable for families with children from 7 years and babies.



Our cozy holiday home for up to 4 people, 100 sqm living space on two levels with 2 bedrooms, warmly welcomes you to the Eifel National Park. Located on the edge of a village on a hill, you can expect a fantastic panoramic view. Explore nature on the Stocksweg, through fields, meadows, and forests.

You can reach the holiday home Am Baumwipfel via a well-accessible staircase.

Here you are greeted by a large terrace with seating and the covered entrance to the house. Behind the house, there is another terrace with a garden.

Step inside and feel the harmony in the house.

A hallway with a wardrobe, mirror, and shoe rack welcomes you.

Further on is the open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer; additionally, a Thermomix can be borrowed.

A cozy dining area for 4 people awaits you.

The holiday apartment features two fully equipped bedrooms:
One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (with an open foot end), a wardrobe, and a home trainer.
Via a small gallery, which has a desk for you, you reach the other spacious bedroom with a king-size bed 2.00 x 2.00 m (open foot end), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, and dresser.

You can reach the large living room with the window front via a staircase. Here you can live and relax.

The bathroom with shower and toilet is adjacent to the living room.

Underfloor heating and the radiators are operated by a heat pump.

Electric roller shutters are fitted at the windows.

You can park your car in our parking lot in front of the house. There is also a bicycle shelter with a charging station.

If you are bringing a pet, please book it directly online (15 €/day). If this is not possible, please let us know in advance.

As we maintain good neighborly relations, we ask you to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Smoking is only permitted on the terraces.

We ask that you refrain from open fires, fireworks, and parties.

A prepayment of 20% will be charged after booking.

The remaining payment must be made via bank transfer before arrival.

Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge.

For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.

Later cancellations will incur a fee of 90% of the total price.

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

The usual household electricity includes ancillary costs or energy costs. Electricity for an electric car is billed separately to the guest.
