Holiday apartment for max. 3 persons

“Etwas laut,aber trotzdem sehr gut !
Die Zimmer sind sauber! Essen kann man im Ort sehr gut, aber auch im Restaurant bei Hilde.”

“We had booked an apartment with wi-fi and washing machine for our weeklong stay (2 adults, 2 kids). We booked an apartment at the blue building.

At the arrival we learned that apartment didn't have a router. What was meant with "free wi-fi at your apartment" was that you could walk down and sit near the reception (80 metres from your apartment), to surf your 100 MB per day. 100 MB is basicly nothing.
If you needed more MB, you could buy extra for some fee.
Host has 3 other buildings with apartments in the area, neither of them has wi-fi in actual apartments according to guests we spooked to.

There was no washing machine either at the apartment, as it was presented at the home page. We learned ourself (no information from host but from other guests) that what was offered instead was another company's service, which took 40 kuna (5 €) per machine of laundry. We did not use their services.

Had we known this, we had never booked the apartment!

The standard of the apartment could also have been better!
Broken furnitures, an old gas stove that we didn't feel secure to use, the oven was not cleaned from previously guests and smelled terrible, and we had a coffee machine with a broken coffeepot.
Apartment hadn´t been cleaned before our stay, and it smelled really bad from the bathrooms drain. Beds were uncomfortable with rusty bed springs which made noises when you moved during sleeping. The terrace was small and narrow. Only worked for drying bathing suits. There were also two broken and moldy plastic chairs.
We had old and washed out towels for our stay which we didn't even bother to use because they didn't look fresh or cleaned (we had our own with us). No quilts, so we slept with sheets.
The air conditioner was old and loud, and only cooled down one side of the apartment. You needed to watch after the water dripping at the balcony from the AC, and empty the bucket twice a day because it became flooded and dropp to apartment below.

There were no microwave, a small freezer and an old dirty fridge (which wasn't turned on before our stay, so we had to wait around 6 hours for fridge to chill water and juice when turned on).

The pool was to small for being shared with guests from 3 other buildings. The lamp at the bottom of the pool was broken and our son cut up his feet from the sharp edges.
The pool was absolutely to close to parking spaces, no grass area around for sun bathing. 3 of 4 sun bathing chairs were broken. The baby pool had no shade for younger toddlers. After 3 days we found out from guests that there was a community pool nearby, which was lot bigger.

The host had a really bad and arrogant attitude when we approached her with our complaints.
We don't recommend Hotel Hilde for other guests.”

“Das Haus sauber, aber die Wohnung schmutzig. Die Fernbedinung von der Klimaanlage fehlte. Wir mussten uns um alles selber kümmern. Der Pool war sehr klein und das Kinderbecken ist völlig ungeeignet für kleine Kinder. Meiner Meinung nach ist der Preis für eine Woche von 836 Euro zu hoch.”

Schlafzimmer:Betten akzeptabel - Schrank kaputt - Kinderbett ok.
Kü - Wozi:Klappbett katastrophal / durchgelegen ! Austattung der Küche ok es fehlt jedoch eine Spülmaschine, schmutzige Töpfe ! Viele Stechmücken da Sickergrube undicht und voll ! Eigentümer waren jedoch sehr bemüht ! Wohnung allgemein schön ! Garten: kleiner als beworben da teilw. zugewachsen. Keine Schaukel für Kinder !! Pool war 2 Tage defekt, nicht sehr ansprechend ! Im Garten etliche Behältnisse zum Füttern der vielen Katzen, entsprechend auch viele Knochen im Gras ! Bad hat keinen Duschvorhang !

Katastrophale Not-Betten mit durchgelegenen Matratzen ! Ansonsten ist das Zimmer Ok !! Der Duschvorhang ist etwas zu kurz !”

“Sehr gut geführtes Haus, sehr sauber und die Hausbesitzer sehr freundlich. Sprachkennisse in deutsch sehr gut. Das Essen ist reichlich und man bekommt im Hauseigenen Biergarten und Restaurant 10% Nachlass auf sämtliche Speisen und Getränke.

Ich werde bestimmt noch öffters dort wohnen das ist sicher.”
