    “Gepflegtes Haus in sehr guter Lage: in der Nachbarschaft freistehende Häuser mit großen Gärten, nur sehr geringer Anliegerverkehr, sehr schöner Blick über die Bucht von St. Tropez. Das Haus ist sauber, ist gut ausgestattet, alle technischen Einrichtungen funktionieren einwandfrei (inkl. schnelles Internet).

    Ein paar zumindest subjektiv empfundene kleine Nachteile: nur Elektro-Heizkörper vorhanden (teuer, Strom wird separat abgerechnet), das Esszimmer ist recht eng (was in den Sommermonaten ebenfalls nicht relevant sein dürfte), nur ein Bad ist vorhanden (was bei entsprechender Belegung einen kleinen Engpass darstellt).

    Insgesamt aber durchaus empfehlenswert!”

    “Tolle Lage mit Sicht auf den Golf von St.-Tropez; bei Belegung mit der max. Gästezahl (6 Personen) kann die Sanitärausstattung zum Engpass werden; zu wenig Tassen vorhanden; keine richtigen Küchenmesser für Brot, Fleisch und Käse; Aufleger für die Sonnenliegen erneuerungsbedürftig. Die grandiose Aussicht entschädigt für diese Mängel. Wege zum Einkaufen und zu den in der Umgebung reichlich vorhandenen Gaststätten sind ohne Auto schwer zu bewältigen (wegen Hanglage des Grundstücks).”
