Kleine Mängel wie heraushängende Kabel an einem Loch, wo offensichtlich mal eine Steckdose dran war (etwas gefährlich bei anwesenden Kleinkindern), der tropfende Wasserhahn im Badezimmer, weil die Dichtungen sowohl beim Warm- als auch Kaltwasserventil verschlissen sind, und eine Herdplatte von vier, die einen Stromausfall verursacht, sobald man sie benutzt. Kinderrutsche ist beschädigt, hat einen Riss unten im Auslauf und Kinder könnten sich stark verletzen. Diese Dinge könnten repariert werden. Das Haus selbst steht auf 1600 m Höhe auf der Kanzelhöhe mit einem super Ausblick auf die Karawanken.
