Holiday complex with a pool and a wonderful view of Lake Garda
The holiday complex is surrounded by nature, very close to the lake and 200 metres from the centre.
The complex consists of three independent holiday apartments, of which two are available for holiday guests.
Outside there is a shared pool, surrounded by a lawn and with a warm water shower, deckchairs and tables around it. The pool is amidst olive trees and flowers and offers a wonderful view of the lake. Each apartment has a private garage with an automatic, remote-controlled door. There is also a parking space for loading and unloading luggage.
The owners, who live on site, can provide use of a washing machine and dryer on request. Small and medium-sized pets are accepted. In the medium and high season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
It is just 20 metres to a grocery shop, a bus stop (connections also to Verona and Venice), and a children’s playground. The lake with a free beach and windsurfing and kite surfing schools, boat hire and the boat harbour is 150 metres away. Within 200 metres you can find restaurants, bars, pizzerias, an icecream café, a butcher, fishmonger, bakery, bank, post office, newspaper kiosk, pharmacy, mechanic, tourist medical services, a hairdresser and a barber. The area invites you to go on walks along signposted paths (with or without a guide), to go Nordic walking, on cycle tours or jogging.
Holiday apartment Giallo
The holiday apartment with a view of the lake is on the ground floor and was built in 2009. It has been tastefully decorated with handmade wooden furniture. The corridor has a cupboard with big drawers, where you can store suitcases, and it also has an air conditioning unit. The living room-kitchen has a sofa, an LCD TV with satellite channels, a dining table for six people and a kitchen unit with crockery, cookware, cutlery, a gas stove with four rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, an espresso maker, a toaster and all necessary cooking implements. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 190cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe and a wall sofa, and one with a bunk bed (each 80 x 190cm) and a cupboard. A further single bed or a cot and highchair can be added to the second bedroom on request. The bathroom has a WC, bidet, shower, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning (cool/warm) and independent heating.
The apartment has a private 200m² garden with flower beds, a table, chairs, a parasol and deckchairs with a sun shade.
