LAGE von Villa Albatros:

Am sehr ruhigen Südufer des Wörthersees - direkt am Golfplatz Dellach gelegen mit schönem Blick auf Wörthersee.

Golfrestaurant mit Cafe und schöner Terrasse ca. 200 m entfernt (unser Haus liegt 50m oberhalb des Abschlages zu Loch 18 ‚par3‘).

Badestelle - Strand - Gut gemacht: Zum Schwimmen in 250m rechts vom Haus neu modernisiertes kleines öffentliches Bad mit Liegewiese, Umkleide und Cafe.

Ebenfalls fussläufig in 300m links vom Haus ist unten die Schiffsanlegestelle zur Fahrt nach Velden, Pörtschach und Klagenfurt.

Nur 100m vom Haus ein Haubenrestaurant (Wallner) sowie direkt davor am See : "Restaurant Südsee" - man sitzt direkt am Wasser.
