Charming house in a peaceful location close to the ocean on south-west Orust Island. The house has been thoroughly remodeled and it got a new kitchen in 2013.The idyllic nature plot features a garden, fruit trees, berry bushes and a large lawn. There's several outdoor seating areas and a terrace with a grill. The house is well kept and has high standard amenities.There's two lovely beaches within walking distance.Nösund and Orust offers plenty of wonderful entertainment and activities during summer.

    “Die Alleinlage, Hausstandard, großes und gepflegtes Grundstück. Gelegentlich kann man vom Haus aus Wildtiere beobachten (z. B. Fuchs und Reh). Für mitgeführte Hunde empfehlen wir gegen Zecken vorzusorgen.”

    “Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus abseits und ruhig gelegen mit großem Grundstück. Die Küche ist modern ausgestattet, lediglich ausreichend Töpfe fehlen. Schöne Einrichtung, sowie Terrasse und zusätzlicher Balkon zum Entspannen. Sonne von früh bis spät. Für Kinder viele Spiele und Spielmöglichkeiten. In der Hausmappe finden sich alle Bedienungsanleitungen für elektrische Geräte, Hinweise zur Nutzung diverser Dinge sowie Mülltrennung allerdings nur auf schwedisch - eine englischsprachige Ausgabe wäre wünschenswert und hilfreich! Der Staubsauger ist etwas asthmatisch. WLAN ist vorhanden, die verfügbare Datenmenge allerdings schnell verbraucht, was unweigerlich zu sehr langsamem Internet führt.”
