Terraced house on a complex with three swimming pools and a tennis court
The complex the house is part of is on a hill with cork oak and pine trees. From here it is just a short distance to Saint Tropez, Grimaud, Port Grimaud and various beaches.
The 42m² holiday house is on three floors. The top floor has a bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide), a bathroom with a bath and a WC. The middle floor has an open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee machine and other accessories, as well as a dining space for up to four people. There are stairs leading to the lower floor, which has a living room with a fold-out sofa bed. There is also a garage in the basement.
There are two terraces: a small one behind the house and a larger one in front of the house, with a beautiful view of Grimaud. Both terraces are enclosed, so wonderful for children and dogs.
There are three swimming pools and a tennis court that you can use free of charge. The house caretakers live on the complex.
